TELKOM AMD THEIR BAD SERVICE

BAD SERVICE firstly they asked for 2 numbers 2nd number is secondary.. but they set it as primary.. so I was not getting the messages thinking there is no progress.. secondary number is my wife's.. in case they need to call.

secondly.. waited 45 min on call yo get my username and password... adding my username.. they spelt it wrong.. my surname is A****aker.. they spelt it Aboonaker.... I can't believe the incompenance... and to fix the name.. I have to drive to a telkom store to rectify.. Ithey cannot fixed in on the call...

they could not even hear me.. and 8 was screaming the numbers out to them.

I AM ****ED...

the only reason I joined is because of their price.. but that also.. I am sure I could have gotten better..
