Telkom Always Down

Telkom has been down in Booysens park since Sunday 05 March 2023. I've call telkom call center and logged numerous faults on the website and still noting. I called tower management spoke to a shift manager who advised that they will pick it up and dropped the call. I Think this is pathetic for a giant like telkom to have such poor management with repairing LTE towers taking up to 2 weeks.
