TELKOM ALWAYS DISAPPOINTS ONCE AGAIN...

Very disappointed in the service of Telkom once again.

So I place an order for the iPhone XS 64GB and do the online application that went smoothly, almost to good to be true. Upon successful completion of the online application they informed that an agent would call me just to finalize the deal, I don't what Telkom's agents have for breakfast in the mornings but they serous need an attitude adjustment and serve clients with more excitement or something like that, really.

Anyway, so the agent went through all the details such as delivery address confirmation, banking details and such, and at the end offer me a data sim worth R99 with 10GB of data every month, which in this case is optional meaning I don't have to take it but I agreed to take it because its extra data.

Then later the day Telkom sends me a sms that my deal has been declined due to credit stuff, which i think is bull****, and then a week later they send me sms's with tracking number for my order that will be delivered to me, only to find that its just the data sim.

KEEP THE ****IN DATA SIM STUPIDS, WHAT THE HELL AM I DOING WITH THAT SIM WITHOUT A PHONE????????????????????????????????????????
