Telkom always disappointing.

My internet at as been down for about 3 weeks called Telkom numerous times they gave us not one but many reference numbers. Promise us from 2 weeks ago that they are sending a technician to sort out the problem unfortunately well as usual no one came. I work online but now there is no income. Telkom should get educated experience and truthful workers. I pay
