Telkom always disappoint

Telkom always disappoints I have a sim only data deal with this network Telkom for the month of June they tried to debit with a fail but I did a manual payment using easy pay immediately they didn’t find anything on my account this happened for the month of June and July Already I paid them and I do not owe them but they have handed me over to NuDebt debt collectors but now the problem is the very same money they have included it on this month statement which means they will deduct that amount I owe but NuDebt is busy harassing me so now I must pay twice paying Telkom and paying the debt collector and that amount they say it is a payment rejection fee I do not owe Telkom they say since they couldn’t deduct I owe them payment rejection fee which is more than the amount I pay monthly
