Telkom Allows *****ulant Accounts

I one day decided to apply for a Telkom Cellphone contract for my wife but when I received a response saying I owe Telkom Money from an account I have never had or app**** for I was then told it looks like a ********** account. I asked how is this possible as the account was opened with my I D number however the name on the system states my Mane is Zxfg. I have now been black listed for a ********** account and for 3 months and many Rands in airtime trying to correct what Telkom has allowed. My question to Telkom: Is this how you treat potential clients? Is This How you have become a multimillion Rand Company?? Why is your ***** department so ineffecient?
