Telkom allows customers to be ****med

Telkom allows daily recurring bills from Akinga Vertical Service Provider and Basebone on modem where 1. i DID NOT give permission, 2. Its a modem, i dont get to see these subscriptions.

how is it possible that Telkom is not aware of these subscriptions? and NO, i did not sign up for anything. the sim card is in the router!!!
