TELKOM ALLOWING ***** AND NOT GETTING ASSISTANCE

Telkom is really unfair and their promises are not true. I am a customer of Telkom and had not issue with them till I found out that they allowed a person to take a phone using my details. in other words it was ***** and it happened under their noses. They normally deduct an amount of R199 and month but in January 2020 they deducted R1195. This ***** happened in December 2019. I have already lodged a ***** case with them and they said my case will be looked in to in 72 hours and will be called to be updated but instead I am the one who is calling for feedback till today no word from them and they take long to answer their lines and they know that its money we are calling with. I WANT MY MONEY BACK and if possible I am going to cancel the contract I have with them and go with another service provider and they better not charge me any fees since its their fault.
