Telkom allowing clients to be de*****ed
My telkom account is in a mess seems someone went and used my existing cell contract to purchase routers and get data connections on my account and even changed my address and email details. I have loged a complaint with the help desk but I am still recieving bills from them with these false details on it reference number ********** 0 I even sent an e mail to the ***** department and still I have heard nothing from them.

30 May 2018, 07:53I am not satisfied getting a reference number and no action I am still getting a 15000 rand bill every month witch I will not pay. Since January 2018 Datta and airtime has been Baugh on my account my personal information like address and e mails address has been altered this is a serious and ***** has been committed.
Please let me know why I am liable for 15000 rand when I was paying less than 300 per month and had 5 months left on my contract.

It has been 6 months that this is going on for and my bill is still wrong. Look at my account in December 2017 and then in January 2018 there is a massive discrepancy please please.

Bill is now at 24000 rand and ********** action still on going Telkom has not contacted me all I get is a bill and no customer service or protection from them. Telkom is the cheapest in more ways than advertised.
