Telkom allowing add-on subscriptions but not taking accountability!

Very frustrated with Telkom- I have been billed by Trudon (yellow pages) and have been trying to stop my subscription for 3 months now. Telkom says it is not their issue- well it is actually. It is billed with my Telkjom account- if they billing me- they should be accountable for any amount on the Telkom bill!

Trudon never gets back to me (and judging by other complaints on this site)- hundreds more! Trudon keeps on billing and do not bother to sort out problems. They are robbing hundreds of people monthly and getting away with it- Telkom just says it is not up to them.

I will be cancelling my telkom line shortly if this is not resolved! This is disgusting service!
