Telkom all Talk No Action

No phone now for two weeks despite reporting. Always fobbed off by call centre (when you can get through to them, which is 1 in 5 attempts). Refernce numbers mean nothing. So called escalation means even less. Telkom deserves to be boycotted until they go insolvent: a telecommunications e-toll action. Telkom is just another aspect of the terrible service levels in this country, worsening daily as the fish rots at the head.
