Telkom all i want is an upgrade!!!!

I'm super frustrated with Telkom. How hard can it be to upgrade my current plan? Why do I have to beg a service provider for me to give them my money? My fiance is overseas and has been calling Telkom for 3 days now trying to get the uncapped data package. Instead of someone just assisting with a simple upgrade or at the very least telling him if what he wants is impossible, they keep transferring him from person to person. Telkom all we want is an upgrade please tu damn!
