Telkom Alberton ****s and ****mers

Telkom Alberton still hasn't delivered on their promise to deliver my earpods and watch that came with my cellphone contract. After my last complaint, they called telling me that stock is available and they will deliver soon, I have been waiting for an additional two months, when I was supposed to get them November of 2024. Not sure if telkom and it's outlets are running a **** company or what, but this is unacceptable.
