TELKOM ALBERTON CITY (NOMTHANDAZO LUKHELE) - STAY AWAY FROM IT, YOU WILL REGRET IT!!!!

LACK OF CUSTOMER CARE, AND NO SENSE OF URGENCY!!!! THEY ROB CUSTOMERS AND MAKE THEM SIGN CONTRACTS AND END UP KEEPING PHONES FOR THEMSELVES.

I had signed a contract on the 21st of October for a New Phone - Huawei Pura Pro, However the phone was faulty and I returned it the following day (22.10).

I have been waiting for the phone till today, however they go and deduct my money on the 25th of November, for a phone that is not with me.

I had said to them they should cancel my contract because there is no way i should wait for a phone for almost a month, even today i still don't have a phone, so how is it possible that they deduct for it?

It is disappointing and frustrating everyday I am the one who must do a follow up regarding this phone since the 22nd of October i have been waiting and doing a follow ups and Nomthandazo Lukhele keeps on saying she is waiting for her Manager in Alberton City to give me feedback however , I still don't have a phone with no feedback.

Also It is unfair for a customer to wait this long for a new phone even worse it was before the 7 days and it was a NEW PHONE, was I not supposed to be given another one? I went to the store because I didnt have a phone and now for me to wait months without a phone doesnt make sense.

May this be escalated and urgently cancel this contract. I don't not want anything that has to do with TELKOM WORSE IN ALBERTON CITY WITH NOMTHANDAZO LUKHELE'S SERVICE, STAY FAR FAR AWAY FROM THEM.
