Telkom Alberton City needs to be shut down , consultants and managers are *********** disrespectfull and unhelpful, a discusting place to walk in needed assistance with the telkom app Consultant called my ticket number and as I was installing the app she assisted her friend and left me standing there when I asked if I should move to a different consultant she then decided not to assist me klno

27 Feb 2026, 13:34I asked if I could speak to the manager she said she us the manager , eventually the manager walks in starts speaking in a different language, I asked if he was the manager he replyed Yes , I try explaing to him what just occurred, he said they can't assist me ,
I walked in explaining that I am not the account holder and just needed assistance with the app , I was on the call the entire time with the account holder getting the OTP pin and what all that is needed because I asked if she will be assisting her friend abd if I should get assistance from a different consultant, I was refused help by both consultant and manager ,
IF THIS IS WHAT TELKOM ALLOWS AND EMPLOYEES THE ENTIRE TELKOM BUSINESS THEN NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN.
