TELKOM & AKINGA VERTICAL SERVICE PROVIDER (PTY)

Telkom messing up...as usual!! AKINGA VERTICAL SERVICE PROVIDER (PTY) providing me with content I didn't ask for neither do I see the content!!!!! The content type keeps changing, so every month it's a "new" service that I need to cancel. Don't hold your breath if you're expecting any resolution from Telkom customer "service". (Login into your Telkom profile, under "My Subscriptions" go to "Content Services", cancel everything that you didn't ask for, then go back again in another month. Hope that helps)
