Telkom aka worst network provider in SA

I have had a telkom contract from Sep 2018 to Sep 2020, but was deducted an amount on the 4th of Jan 2021 regarding my account. When I called to query the lady explained why. However when I view my creditscore it still shows that my telkom contract has not been paid and i still owed telkom an amount, but my latest invoice from telkom dated 1st feb has a balance of R0.00
