This brings me deep sadness that courierIT and telkom outstand when it comes to service, as they have affected my credit record over a phone I don't even posses,never even opened the package, and even returned the phone within the Grace period, and finally great clueless consultants who don't even know product knowledge which even advise me to reverse the debt order until the case is closed.. if only I knew better!. today i suffer and write this letter with tears in my eyes because I can't even apply for car finance after an accident I has over a stupid phone! Telkom I'm very disappointed in this service. I followed every protocol but nothing after a year and this case number : - ********** 8 still pends.
