TELKOM AKA HELLKOM
Would prefer to give zero stars Telkom is the most useless organisation on the planet, nothing gets done, employees can only log info on 'The System' and no one has the ability to get things done. Open Serve are just the same. Many months with no lines and escalations and phone calls every 2 days and NOTHING. They ensure you cannot get hold of a manager, its disgusting actually. Sipho Maseko you are obsolutely uselss, Telkom is representitive of that.
This is not just one line but 3 lines I have had an issue with.
