Telkom airtime *******

Telkom is the worst network anyone could ever have. On Friday night 29th May, I bought airtime worth R114 via cellphone banking. The money was deducted from my account but when I checked my airtime balance it’s on R0. I have been checking since then thinking maybe it’s just delayed (coz it has happened before, delayed for couple of hours) but nothing. Today is Monday, the 1st of May I haven’t gotten the airtime I bought on Friday night. I’ve tried calling customer care but no one is available. I want my airtime, I bought this airtime because I needed it. My bank statement shows that the money is out yet doesn’t reflect on my airtime balance. I want my airtime and I’ll also be changing changing this network as soon as o get my airtime.
