TELKOM AIRTIME

I am Julia Kapa with mobile number ***0, I accidentally purchased a R1000 airtime this morning through Capitec app. I phoned Telkom to notify them of the error and i was told that they cannot reverse the airtime nor the money, the lady suggested that i find people that i can sell it to them. I found people that are willing to buy it now I am limited to R100 a day. Can you please urgently assist.
