Telkom air time issues

I purchased air time on 28/02/2020 via my banking app and a week later still have not received my air time i have called the call ceter and spoke to various ppl everytime my case gets escalated but no progress i have sent the relevant statements numerous time to show proof of purchase but still no joy and guess what will probably not be reimbursed for all the additional funds spent just to make a call. From one annoyed and frustrated customer
