Telkom agents suck....

Pathetic service from the below Telkom agents and no feedback from their so called managers. Had to log two cases for an incorrect amount on my statement after the 1st case was resolved with out any feedback or refund, they decided to log a new case as a follow up, the Telkom agents cancel the webchat while we busy speaking and the agents over the phone put me on hold for over an hour
