TELKOM AGENTS REPRESENTATION OF THE BRAND IS DISGUSTING

SO SAD TO LOSE LOVE WITH A BRAND I HAVE RECOMMENDED TO SO MANY PEOPLE.

25 September 2020 I had the worst experience with an agent who was condescending and so rude. Not only that but she left the call twice and ignored me twice with hopes I would hang up.

First time, she left and came back and said oh gosh are you still here.

Second time, she left came back I tried to get her attention and she ignored me and continued typing and i could hear kids playing in the background. I ask her so you just going to ignore me and she came back with sarcasm and more rudeness.

she refused to give me her email address stating im not her boss and shes not hired by me. she gave me a name i honestly dont believe is correct. Agent- Phumla Vilakazi Team Leader-Lerato Velwa
