Telkom agents ***** our dats and airtime

Telkom has been *****ing our airtime vouchers and datas. Its almost 4 years now. We've reported the issue to *****ulent department many times but it keeps occurring. Even now the very same problem happened today. They don't want to load my datas but they took money. I bought 4.75Gigs morenice datas but the loade 150mb. So i wish I could report them but I called all their customer service numbers from the internet and every time I call they disconnect my call. I'm tired of this now for ive tried to call even their ***** line service several times since this problem keeps happening. They've told me to call customer service although knowing that their customer service disconnect all the way and I believe their help desk is permanently closed. Telkom was so reasonable when it comes to calls and internet data services but now there are lot of errors. For some times if I load airtime voucher or data they would take it all. My mother wanted to port it. I refused because it is the only reseanable place for calls and datas. I'm very worried now for I'm unemployed and always think that I would get something like a job online but now Telkom datas and aitime are also the problem
