Telkom agents lying and not providing what they promised

I am very disappointed un Telkom... One of there agents sold me a 10mbs uncapped line.. With the line I was supposed to get a a 2gig mobile internet ****le and a TV box... I have never received any of the exstra products.. I went to telkom them self and the agent said she can't help... Now it has been several months and nobody seems to be helping me... And i have been paying the full agreed in amount....
