Telkom agent's failure to administer her duties to the client.

I had an ongoing contract which was almost 2yrs with telkom. I realized that they had a double deal promotions for Galaxy A35 with 2 accessories each and then decided to pay off my existing contract in order to sign for this deal before the end date of the promotions. I was assisted by the agent entered by initials MMR. The deal was completed and she told me that Samsung will keep in touch with me as they didn't have stock for the accessories (Earbuds and watches)on-site . I didn't the accessories which were meant to be a Christmas gift. I have called, wrote emails and repeatedly visited the site in Mall Carnival with invain . 15th May had an interaction with Lucas on-site who tried to assist me with some light shed unlike all the empty promises from the site management then. There was a discovery that MMR, the agent didn't complete the deals's requirements. The contract was signed on 2024.12.05 at 12:49 pm. I sent the last email to the Secretariat and the only I received was acknowledgement of the complaint. It's almost 7 months without receiving my accessories and I wouldn't have signed up for the contract with Telekom if it wasn't for the double deal Samsung promotion.
