TELKOM AGENTS - DO NOT KNOW THE BUSINESS

Call center agents are the most literate individuals you will ever encounter. They do not understand the business and cannot assist with something so simple as porting of lines . So when I try to explain calmly to the agent (named Melissa) this is how it is done and what is required, as I have done this previously . The Agent who is representing TELKOM cuts the call .

Wow ... Shocked and unimpressed .

Thank God for VoIP and we will no longer require Telkom .
