Telkom agents committing *****

I received an invoice, for a package that I have no knowledge of, I did not order or sign for, the thing is that I will not have anything to do with telkom. I contacted the customer service dept, apparently this was done via a call centre, and I have to go to the police station and get an affidavit to say that I did not order or receive the package. What a lot of hogwash, from a useless telkom,
