telkom agents are useless and rude

since the beginning of december i have been sending smses to that 081 number i bought my sim at a telkom store in menlyn, i sent more than 10 smses and it keeps on saying that icc number is wrong i then sent complaints online ont telkoms website requesting to be called, then i went on telkom chat last week and was advised by a lady that i need to buy a new sim card and not rica it then send the smses i tried that and no store would sell me a sim card without rica, i then went online again on their chat and was assisted by mduduzi ndlovu who gave me robot responses and ended our chat abruptly he said to me i must basically keep sending the smses, ive never in my life witnessed such terrible service in my life the agent have such bad attitudes and they make u feel like they firstly arent interested enough to understand, i am a potential new client trying to port frrom another network and this is the service i get, now ive wasted my time and money cause telkom is so useless
