Telkom agents are useless

I’m having the worst encounter with Telkom and their agents that make promises they don’t keep and lie about what they are doing to assist and even the ******* names like seriously I have logged an issue about my mobile data contract they seems to be an issue for Telkom agents to fix they keep placing me on hold and telling me to wait 24-72 hours since this Tuesday
