Telkom Agents are useless.

An Agent from Telkom phoned me, sold a mobile contract to me, Freeme 500mb with the Samsung A20 device, had a very long conversation, going through my banking details, addresses, income and what not. Everything was approved, i accepted all the terms. Phone will be delivered in 7-10 working days. When i called Telkom sales this morning to check what the status are as it was already more than 11 days, and i did not receive an Order Number to follow up myself, they confirmed that there was never an order placed, what about my details, and i accepted a contract on the phone. This is poor service, or i have been dubbed out of information. This is the number that called me.+ ********** 8801 . They also did a cred vet on me and i passed, and when i tried again after speaking to the sales person when he told me nothing was on the server, i failed the vetting.
