TELKOM AGENTS ARE UNHELPFUL AND RUDE

Disgusted. Telkom need to teach their staff and call centre agents about dealing with customers. I've just had the phone put down in my ear after the agent took off at me for calling on my boyfriend's behalf. ABSOLUTELY RUDE!!!!
