TELKOM AGENTS ARE THE PITS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Telkom is truly consistent in the terrible service that they give. The agents have absolutely no regard for the customers and hang up on you without batting an eyelid. The minute they hear it's got to do with the billing of your account, even faster. I AM SO TIRED OF TRYING TO FIX SUCH A SIMPLE ISSUE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
