Telkom agent with bad attitude

Telkom iLanga Mall Nelspruit, the consultants there are rude. I went over to buy data for my router waited there for over 15 min then I heard voice calling number to a counter I was not aware they had a ticket system one of the consultant walked past use a couple of times not telling us about the ticket system so I asked and to get a ticket from a machine hidden away on a corner. Like really now how are we suppose to even seen this ticket machine. Sat down numbers were called about 45 min later number 58 was called looked at my ticket I'm number 57 how was number skipped I rushed to the counter who which called this number and told the lady she skipped my number, she gave a huge sigh rolled her eyes and murmured "sorry buti I have help these girls". She could've atleast said Ladies,. My problem is this agent has got attitude not my first encounter with her and my cousin has also had an unpleasant counter with her. I can't stand even looking at Telkom iLanga Mall. The agents there need to be i formed because this consult is not the only one with attitude, there only 2 guys I'd rather get assistance the rest are all the same.
