Telkom agent taking more then a month order still not processed

<p>Thashnie Naidoo from telkom took down my order on the 04th of Desember on the 12th of Desember i was told it is in for credit vetting. After numerous follow up no success. In January this continues I asked her today on the 09th of January how far is my order and again i had to hear it is credit vetting. They do not even try to get this resolved. SUCH BAD SERVICE</p>
