TELKOM AGENT RESTORED MY FAITH

I had an issue with my account being over charged and i contacted Telkom. They assigned an agent to me by name of Nomathemba Mokoena from Telkom Mobile Back Office.she assisted me without question and done the proper investigations. I waited a few weeks however it was worth the wait,She contacted me and she sorted the issue out and got me my refund. She is awesome and an asset to Telkom, Telkom needs more agents like her in order to be a more successful service provider. I am a new client and had a few issues but not once have i spoken to a more pleasant and helpful agent from Telkom until now. You restored my faith in Telkom. This is what customer service is all about, Telkom should reward you for your excellent service.Well done NOMATHEMBA MOKOENA keep up the good work it was a pleasure dealing with you.
