Telkom agent calling me rude

I get a call from a telkom agent with the number ********** at 15:26. I am at wok but I answer my call because I was waiting for a delivery. He makes a joke, which I do not get and does not get to the point. He laughs alone and that time I am annoyed so I raise the point that I am at work and for him by calling me he is limiting me from doing my work. He mumbles something, and so I tell him I will drop the phone because he has not gotten to the point as yet. This guy has the nerve to tell me I am rude. Who called who? Is this the way telkom agents conduct themselves. Now bear in mind I am an existing telkom customer, and just by getting this call made me regret it. I would like a personal apology from this telkom agent
