Telkom Agent Anele Rude

Called Telkom this morning 11 Jan 2024 at 7:30am,and spoke to an agent Anele who was abrupt and rude on the line. Did not listen to my query and cut the call. Sending me to the rating service.No reference number offered just bad service received!!! Is this how telkom agents treats customers???? Query not resolved
