Telkom again

I cannot understand how telkom has a customer base when they treats their customers like just a number, everything is a struggle with telkom. your internet is constantly slow or just down, their customer service is up to ****, I waited 20 minutes to get through to caller, how is this company still standing?, Useless is more productive than this Garbage Company telkom. So gratefull we are switching over to screamer in 2 days, i would advise everyone to switch to wireless companies, Telkom must fall.
