Telkom.... again.....

A few days ago I was suddenly unable to access my emails on all devices. It became clear that my password was changed without my knowledge. I am trying to reset my password, but this is a massive mission. In order to log on to the Telkom app, I need to reset my password. The reset link will be sent to my email address... which I can't access until I reset my password!! Phoning the Telkom support line during Lockdown is like waiting for someone who passed away 10 years ago to answer my call. They are working from home, which means they are "a bit slow" in answering their phone calls... according to the recorded message. How do I get my email password reset if I need access to my emails to click on the reset link? Really??
