TELKOM AGAIN !!!!!!! CANT PROVIDE ME WITH A LINE!

<p>I go to Telkom Northgate, to get a apply for a line at my resisdent. The sales assitant captures all my details.</p> <p>She advise me that i will get a sms confirming when Telkom will install my line. I didnt recieve anything.</p> <p>Three days past I went back to Northgate telkom, She then advises me that , the system is still loading my address. I gave it a couple days , and decided to go to a different telkom store i n Clearwater.</p> <p>A sales asssitance assited me and advised me that my application wasnt capured correctly.</p> <p>She then processed the application and made sure that my order was process and i recived a sms on the spot.</p> <p>I then recieve a call from Telkom stating that they cant install the line due to cable theft in the area.</p> <p>I advise them that majority of the resisdents in the complex that the line will be install has a Telkom Line and never expirenced any down time for the adsl and telkom line.</p> <p>The Telkom exhacharge is literaly 50 meters from my unit yet Telkom Customer service Agent tells me unfortuently she cannot help me at all, after me advising her and providing them with a telkom number thats linked to the exchange thats near me.</p> <p><br />Telkom advertsies these packages but cannot provide the service aat all.</p> <p> </p> <p>I had to contact them to get this news .</p> <p> </p> <p>I expect a call from a senior represative of telkom and I want this problem investigated fully.</p> <p> </p> <p>I want a Telkom Technican to come out to my address and physically show me that he cannot install a line for me.</p> <p> </p> <p>I am a customer and I am begging for Telkom Service to be for me.</p> <p> </p> <p>This is unacceptable and I will Make sure I post this on all social media as possible.</p>
