*********** TELKOM... AGAIN

Telkom is probably the worst organization to deal with. Even more so than Eskom... That's saying alot. Since December 2022 I have had billing issues on my cellphone account, I have been in store, I have called every month for billing support and every month they do as they please. I did NOT authorize a mandate for you to scratch in my bank account on the 15th of a month. The mandate is for the 1st. You give me incorrect amounts and then do not deduct when you should. Yes, I should probably leave it to square itself up on the 15th but it's a matter of principle here and the fact that it's NOT as it should be. I get suspended and cannot use my line through your incompetence every month. You do not credit me for the incorrect suspensions. No, you just continue to try and take MORE than what has been telephonically confirmed. I AM SO G@@@VOL OF THIS NONSENSE AND *********** IN STORE AND CALL CENTRE AGENTS THAT SHOW NO INTEREST IN HELPING TO RESOLVE THE MATTER. Maybe I should sue Telkom for *******ly scratching in my bank without a mandate or authority.... Surely THAT IS ******* AND *****ULENT!!!
