Telkom again
After sales service is horrible, i requested a reference number as well as my tracking details for the courier after ordering my LTE uncapped package. Like lightning Telkom debited the first payment, but to this day no response has been received from the consultant who handled my case regarding mentioned tracking/ reference info. As a result, the courier called me
