Every time I want to make a call it tells me balance insufficient although my balance is not. then when phoning helpdesk they want to blame my handset. my handset doesn't tell me my balance is insufficient, your automated prompt is telling me. then call gets dropped and they do not even bother to phone back. fuuuuckedup service and network
