Telkom AGAIN!

7 days later still waiting for a repair. ..... no-one has been to reconnect the wire to my house. No WiFi, so using off my phone and tablet with difficulty, which is costing me a fortune. Telkom operates differently to other companies, very frustrating and irritating. Inaccessible, long waits of up to 40 minutes to speak to an operator! Bad service and completely unacceptable! Waiting on my cellphone for an answer as I type this, over 7 minutes already. ..... I would never do this with another company but Telkom you are l one of a kind!
