Telkom Again!!!!

I am so fed up with Telkom and their Service.

Why do you always have to jump through hoops to just get anything sorted with this company?

I have been trying to move my wifi for a month, but have been sent from pillar to post in order to get this actioned.

Since 8 am this morning, I have spoken to at least 5 consultants with none of them being able to assist.

The last lady advised she will log a call and someone will call back, however, this was done last week and I am yet to receive a call.

What do I do now????
