Telkom again,,

Good day

We app**** for our WiFi connection to be installed in the beginning of November.

We went to Telkom in Southgate n they assured us it will be installed within 21 day's we already have an account with Telkom as we did have WiFi connected before,so not sure why is it taking so long

We have gone back to the Southgate retail twice n they do not help or follow up they turn us away n tell us to wait

Please can someone contact me today with a solution
