Telkom again

My internet has been down since the 25th of October. Since July it has been down at least ten times. In all this time and despite dozens of attempts to get answers as to why this is happening, I get no feedback. On numerous occasions I have had team leaders promise to call back, but they don't. I have even had a manager whose email address I have promise to take ownership but that has not happened. Their support structure is a joke. You never get through to the same person and as a result there is not case resolution. I want to deal with someone who will deal with this to the end and not sweep this under the carpet.
