Telkom, Again!

While, telkom is currently the most affordable line, albeit with coverage issues, which I guess goes with the seemingly better mobile rates. I have been waiting for an ITC number for over 24 hours. Which effectively means, I cannot log a smash and grab case, which translates to a delay in alerting insurance if that is my wish, which further translates in lost time, increased risk and fulfilling extra financial obligations in the interim.

Please guys. Sort yourselves out. You communicated 2-24 hours after you indicated you couldn't even process my request at the time of initial call. 8/9 hours prior. So effectively, you have wasted over 32 hours of police work and crime logging.
